Warranty

Warranty will not apply under these circumstances:

1.  Any modification or disassembly not advised by us.
2.  Damage due to drops or water.
3.  Laser was running way longer than the duty-cycle recommended on our website. 
4.  Malfunction caused by using wrong battery configurations or incorrect battery rather that what being suggested on the product page.

We will fix your laser if:

1. Your laser doesn't work suddenly
2. Dead on arrive 
3. Laser under-performance 
4. Any other unusual conditions causing the laser not working properly. 

Consumable items such as li-ion batteries, tritium vials, focusing lenses etc. can not be returned unless they are dead on arrival or damaged upon receiving and we will only offer replacement if the customer reports the product issue at the same day of the delivery.

Shipping:

Orders will normally be processed and shipped out within 3-6 business days unless there are backorder items, orders will generally ship all together unless it contains li-ion batteries. Shipping estimates do not include processing time. A shipping notification or shipping tracking will be emailed to customers upon shipment depending on the chosen shipment method. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking code to update. 

Regular mail : 10 - 30 days

Priority mail : 5 - 14 days

FEDEX : 3 - 6 days 

Postal methods are usually delivered by your local post services for example: 

USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail for customers within the US

*We are not responsible for any loss or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping providers.

Cancellation Policy
 
As Customer orders may be processed the same day they are received, we cannot guarantee that a viable order cancellation period exists. If we are advised by the Customer of their intention to cancel a current order, if said order has not been processed and shipped at that time, AND we are able to reach the email in time, we will gladly accept and process a refund minus the payment gateway fee(if any)via the original payment method.

 
 
If Customer notifies the Company of a wish to cancel an order that has already been processed and shipped, the cancellation request will be considered if the order is returned to the Company with the original shipment unopened. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the Customer. Upon receipt of the order and confirmed through visual inspection that the shipment meet the above-described criteria, a refund less shipping charge and payment gateway fee(if any) will be refunded via the original payment method.

Returns:

Returns can only be made on items in their original condition as received. The return request must be made within the first 7 days upon the sucessful delivery of the order, customers have 7 days from the recorded delivery date the products are received to inspect the product for any physical damage/ functionality. In the case of an item is returned in not new condition, or is missing accessories, manuals, and combo items, it will not be eligible for return. 

A 15% fee or more may be charged at our discretion for all returned items. Please note that the original shipping costs of a product and the payment gateway fee(if any) cannot be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for the safe return of the product.
